Sustainability

Our basic task is to provide our customers with first-class raw materials while keeping our operations sustainable. We have taken this responsibility into account above all in the selection of raw material suppliers and in our own operations.

The starting points of our company’s operations include motivation and encouragement of our personnel, continuous development of our operations, and profitability. Our stable economy enables the development of sustainable business operations, and by investing in production equipment, we improve our environmental sustainability.

We also take into account ESG (environmental, social, and governance) matters when choosing raw material suppliers.

Some of our key environmental goals are to reduce packaging waste, improve recycling efficiency, and manage energy consumption at our factory. We have therefore switched to emission-free wind energy, which will reduce our carbon footprint by about a quarter in the following years.

With these measures, we will ensure that our business will continue to be responsible, serve our customers in a first-class manner, and continue to build on our robust pillars of support: health and wellbeing, decent work and economic growth, and cooperation and partnership.
